Active: Phraesto inflicts 200% of damage on enemies within a radius of 2 squares, recovering 160% of HP for each enemy hit.

The terms of each contract are not detected by enemies until the battle begins. Active: Phraesto launches 3 strikes against a facing enemy, inflicting 100% damage with the first 2 strikes and 140% damage with the 3rd strike.

They also lose 2% of their max HP per second, while restoring 3% of the caster's max HP per second. Enemy HP loss cannot exceed 40% of Phraesto's ATQ per second.
