The Witch stops curse/to enchant units. Instead, each fusion improves nearby units by 10 % of the effect of increased damage. The power of the effect does not depend on the Witch's fusion rank. Bonuses can be accumulated up to 30 times.
A Witch with fusion rank 3 or higher transforms into a random unit every 25 seconds, activating its fusion effect.
Witches with fusion rank 3 or higher attack 2 additional targets and 3 % chances ofexecute common monsters.
At the start of the battle, the Witch conjures up a magic circle on your terrain. Merging units inside the circle generates 100 mana and 40 % of the summoning cost. The circle is then transferred.

The unit I dislike the most. At high levels, it's played for the boost, but at low levels, many play it because it puts a debuff on one of your units with each fusion.
Advice
Merge just before a boss so that your opponent has a chance of getting caught out and restoring health points to their enemies. If you come up against a witch, I recommend using the siren to clear any debuffs you've received.
