The Sanctechair Apostle is a major boss enemy in Elden Ring. These powerful and agile humanoids wear the skin of gods and wield unique twin blades and black flame incantations. They are optional boss enemies, as players are not required to defeat them in order to progress through Elden Ring.
Apostle Sanctechair also appears in the Godskin Duo battle and as a spirit summon in the Spirit-Caller Snail battle.
Tip: Watch out for his P2. His attack where he knocks me down really hurts!

The best tips for fighting Godskin Apostle
- Use sleep pots with a powerful spirit summon, such as Headless Lhutel +4, to lure the Apostle and provide an opening for the pot to land. If the pot is a direct hit and remains in the cloud, 1 pot will put it to sleep. If it leaves the cloud, a second pot will put it to sleep (does not work with summoned online players). Use a weapon that bleeds with the BloodFlame enchantment, and do a 3x charged combo attack when it is asleep to do more damage/bleed stacking than if you did a critical hit. Do this several times and the fight is over.
- Maintain a moderate distance from him at all times
- Use Glintstone Stars, Glintblade Phalanx or any other multi-hit spell inflicting magical damage to destabilize it.
