Introduction
Dunlingr is an Epic hero belonging to the Celestials faction. He is a Tank type and therefore has 1 range. Dunlingr will cast a spell at the start of the battle to prevent heroes from either casting ultimates or receiving heal.
Added value : Dunlingr will prevent heroes from casting ultimates or healing at the start of combat. Dunlingr can allow an ally not to be affected by this rule.
Description:
Dunlingr uses the Order Bell to designate either : Spell Link or Healing Lock before the start of a battle, setting the stage for the order of battle.
Spell Link: Impossible to cast Ultimate.
Healing lock: Impossible to recover HP for others.
Active: Dunlingr summons the Bell of Order, declaring an order that all units other than boss on both sides must obey unconditionally for 6 seconds.
Passive: Dunlingr summons the Bell of Order when a battle begins and holds it on the battlefield for 12 seconds. The Bell of Order inflicts 200% damage on all enemies each time it is summoned.
Once Dunlingr is defeated, the duration of the Order's effect is reduced to 30% of the remaining time.

Description:
Dunlingr releases a shockwave covering the frontal area (3 squares wide and 3 squares long), inflicting 4 blows of 40% damage each to enemies inside. If the Bell of Order is set to Spell Link, Dunlingr reduces the enemy's attack speed by a further 60 points for 4 seconds. If the Bell of Order is set to Healing Lock, Dunlingr inflicts additional damage equivalent to 3% of HP lost by enemies, up to 30% of its own ATQ.

A harmonious wall
Description:
If the Bell of Order is set to Spell Link, Dunlingr gains a shield that absorbs 130% of damage every time an enemy casts his ultimate, and lasts until the end of the battle.
If Order Bell is set to Heal Lock, Dunlingr gains a shield that absorbs 130% damage every time he loses 20% of his max HP, lasting until the end of the battle.

Description:
When Echo of Silence is cast, Dunlingr grants all allies 50 attack speed for 6 seconds if the order is set to Spell Link, or provides them with 25 life steal for 6 seconds if the order is set to Heal Lock.
