Ogha, knight of the Red Lion, is dropped by the Spirit of the Rotten Tree into the Catacombs of the Valorous Dead located east of Caelid. To find the entrance to the catacombs, go to the Site of Grace that appears after defeating Starscourge Radahn and head north via the northeast until you reach the highest corner of the area, where the shore meets the cliffside. You will see the small gate along the cliff.

How to use Ogha, Knight of the Red Lion in Elden Ring?

If the player uses the War Cry skill, it will roar in response, receive a temporary damage buff, and then fire a volley of arrows that will travel in a straight line. It can only use this attack once per summon period. However, the player can use the War Cry skill again at any time to make him roar in response and gain a temporary damage buff (provided the buff is not already active). This ability is also triggered by using the Barbarian Roar, Braggart's Roar, Beast Roar, Troll Roar, and Milos's Cry skills.
Unlike most spirit ashes, Ogha does not follow you after being summoned. Instead, he will patrol a small area around his summoning point. He may leave his patrol area if an enemy gets close enough for him to swap his longbow for a sword and pursue them. If his target dies, the area he is currently occupying immediately becomes his new patrol area. Given this peculiarity, it is best to use him for 1v57 battles rather than as an escort in an area. He can be controlled manually by casting pots of tainted blood on the ground or on enemies.
Ogha primarily uses longbow shots charged with gravity magic, but he switches to normal longbow shots and sword strikes (including the Lion's Claw skill from Ash of War) if the enemy gets close enough.
Ogha will attack all enemies in sight, without the player needing to provoke the enemy's aggression beforehand.
