Users can upgrade the Vial of Cerulean Tears by using Golden Seeds and Sacred Tears.

The maximum number of uses for a particular Vial is 14, assuming no charge is allocated to its counterpart.

The maximum power of the repair effect is +12.

Golden seeds are used to increase the number of uses of cerulean tear bottles and purple tears :

You need a seed to increase the total number of bottles to 6.
You need 2 seeds to increase the number of vials to 8.
You need 3 seeds to increase the number of vials to 10.
You need 4 seeds to increase the number of bottles to 12.
You need 5 seeds to increase the number of flanges to 14.
Sacred Tears can be used to increase the power of the Vial of Cerulean Tears.

You need one Sacred Tear for each upgrade.
