To succeed in this quest, you must find shooting positions in the Concordia as well as in the Primorsky Avenue building in the Streets of Tarkov. You must also place a sound reducer as well as a thermal scope.

It's in the bedroom of apartment №10 at 48 Primorsky Avenue. You need the 46-48 Primorsky Footbridge Key to access it from the footbridge connecting the building at 46 to 48 Primorsky. The entrance door can be pressed to exit.
