NOTE Before starting this quest, you must first leave the Lighthouse area for the quest items to appear.

First, you need to obtain the Dummy information file on Lightkeeper in the Lighthouse area. Then replace the Lightkeeper Information Folder in the Military Base with this one. Then take the Lightkeeper Information Folder to Lightkeeper.

The Fake Intelligence File is located in a green or blue container southwest of the sewage treatment plant.

The information file between the gun case and the barrels — The information file between the weapon locker and the barrels

Location of the original file and place of exchange

You will find the Lightkeeper Intelligence File in the right track of the BMP-2, in the RB-ST room, in the repair shop of the Military Base. You need the RB-ST Key to open the door. You must place the fake Lightkeeper Intelligence File in the back of the BMP-2.
