The quickest way is to buy a specific item from Ragman in large quantitiesas the Kolpak-1S riot helmet, then immediately resell it to them. Repeat this process until you meet the requirement of 750,000 rubles.

Keep in mind that this approach is costly: you will only recover about half of your investment when you resell. To reach 750,000 loyalty points, expect to lose about a third of the total amount.
