To succeed in this quest, you must collect the GPhone X for paramedics :

This smartphone is in one of the eight ambulances scattered throughout Tarkov. After retrieving the smartphone, your objective will be to leave the area via the “Primorsky Avenue Vehicle” extraction point.

South of the Pinewood Hotel, on the ground behind the ambulance.
