What is the Gem Mine for exactly?
The gem mine allows you to produce gems for FREE in raid shadow legend, so you can pick up a few gems every X amount of time.
The price is 500 gems for the purchase of the mine and 500 per level more on the mine, making a total of 1,500 gems.
Is the gem mine profitable?
It all depends on how you play and how active you are.
Si vous jouez une fois tous les jours, elle est rentable au bout de 3 mois de jeu ! Mais si vous jouez que tous les WE, elle sera rentable qu’apres + d’1 an de jeu. Du coup elle est indispensable pour les joueurs qui vont jouer au jeu pendant les 3 prochains mois à fond, (connecté 1 fois toutes les 23h pour la mine level 3)
My advice: if you like the game and know you'll be playing it often, buy the mine quickly. If you're a gamer who can change games quickly, do yourself a favor and buy something else, as it won't be profitable unless you log on every day for 3 months.

Est-ce qu’on se retrouve avec un surplus de parchemins ou le jeu tient compte des maîtrises déjà acquises et ne prend en gemmes que ce dont on a besoin pour terminer l’arbre ?
