Miranda's Flower Ashes can be found behind an illusory wall in the Catacombs of Caelid, Caelid :

Once you have reached the first open room, there will be a staircase to descend on your left;
Go down and immediately turn around to find a small open room under the stairs you just descended. ;
Attack the wall of the staircase on the right to reveal the ashes on a corpse.
