The 2 new RSL Halloween champions!

We have two special Halloween champions to introduce to you – twins born to a mortal woman and a vampire father, Vlad and Konstantin were born on opposite sides of the Light. Born in the last moments of darkness before daybreak, the eldest, Vlad, set out on his father's night path. Born minutes later, Konstantin opened his eyes to the first rays of dawn, taking the path of light like their mother. Both possessing incredible abilities, the twins became legends in their own right and, despite their opposite natures, ended up putting their differences aside and working together to harness great power!

Vlad:

A1 – Thirsty Blade

Attack 1 enemy. Decreases target's MAX HP by 30% of damage dealt. Also heals this champion for 30% of damage dealt.

A2 – Exsanguination 4 rounds

Attack all enemies. Has a 75% chance of placing a [Leech] debuff for 2 turns.
Also has a 75% chance to steal 50% from the turn counter of champions of the following factions
Lord, Holy Order or High Elves. Has a 75% chance to decrease the turn counter by 50% against targets not belonging to these factions.

A3 – Spirit Shroud 4 turns

Attack 1 enemy 2 times. The first hit has a 75% chance to inflict a 60% debuff [Def decrease] for 2 turns.
for 2 rounds. The second hit has a 75% chance to place a [Active Skill Block] debuff for 2 turns.
If both debuffs are placed, a [Perfect Veil] buff is placed on this champion for 2 turns.

PASSIVE – Notorious

Places a [Revive After Death] buff on this Champion for 2 turns each time he kills an enemy.
He also heals this champion and fills his turn meter with 50% each time he kills an enemy.
[Only heals and refills this champion's turn meter if [Konstantin the Dayborn] is on the same team.

Will have :

Arena Critical Rate 30%

 

Konstantin:

A1:

Attack 1 enemy. Places an extra attack if the target has a debuff.

A2 4 rounds:

Attacks all enemies 2 times. Each attack ignores 10% of defense for each |Leech], [Break def] and [Active Skill Block] debuffs.

A3 4 rounds:

Attack 1 enemy. Before attack steals all buffs from the target and transfers all debuffs from this champion to the target.

Reduces the skill time of this skill by 2 turns if this attack kills 1 enemies.

Passive :

Enemies killed by Konstantin from the factions:

• Undead Hordes
• spawn demons
• Returning Knight

Cannot be revived if Vlad is also on the team.

Will have :

Increases Arena Attack by 30%.

My opinion :

To see the damage multipliers and stats but I'm not a big fan right now. And you?
