Easy money - Part 2 Tarkov: Quest help

Hello, champ! A friend of mine gave you a little test assignment. Now I've decided to meet you in person. People call me Ref. I set up arenas and raise the big bucks, ha! Obviously you don't mind making money, and I desperately need new staff. Business is booming and I'm short of manpower. We're expanding! We're planning another fight soon. As they used to say in ancient Rome, "the people demand bread and circuses". On the latter point it's managed, but the bread is late. Just a small break in supply, don't worry. Just bring me food and booze for the audience.
