To complete this quest, you need to find the prison guard's apartment and find out what happened to him. His apartment and body are in the building Chekannaya 15 in the streets of Tarkov.
You need a Chekannaya 15 apartment key to access it.
The building and its entrance

The janitor is on the first floor, in the east stairwell of the building. After entering through the opening in the wall, turn left into the corridor and go through the double door on the right.

The apartment you're looking for is on the second floor (to the east). Access is via the west staircase only, then through a hole in the floor of cell N°5 on the third floor. The debris in the corridor on the second floor needs sanding to be removed.
