To succeed in this quest, you must find the BTR wheels and mark them with an MS2000 beacon.

You will find the wheels in the larger of the two garages in the repair center (white jumper) at the Military Base. You will fail if you tag the wheels of any truck in Customs.

Remarks :

You can purchase additional MS2000 tags from Prapor or Ragman if you need them.
To avoid losing your beacons in the event of death, place them in your special slots or secure container.
Tags are used automatically from your inventory via an action key, much like keys.
