Tarkov silent caliber: Quest help

Hey there, how's it going? You know, sometimes you've got to go and slaughter someone in close combat, you've got to do it quietly and correctly. I prefer the 12-gauge for that, and I have no idea why the USEC and BEAR guys don't like it, it's a reliable caliber, you know? Just get as close as you can, and if you've got a sound reducer, man, you can put people to sleep without making the guy on the other side of the wall flinch. It hits quiet and it hits hard.
