Also, I want to reflash the transponder, but I need a special program. According to my contacts, such a program can be obtained from the former USEC operators installed in the purification plant. I know it's not easy, but it's worth it. When do I reflash the transponder? Dude, you'll reflash it. I don't have enough equipment here, but your intelligence center should have everything you need if you equip it properly. I'll make you a list of exactly what you need to do. One other thing: the merchant has sent me the guidelines for your visit, so to speak. Firstly, you can only reach the lighthouse if you're equipped with the transponder, otherwise how can it distinguish you from the other operators? Before starting this quest, you must unlock the production of Secure digital radio transponder DSP in the level 2 intelligence center.
Next, you need to obtain the V3 USB key in the Lighthouse area:
Once you've obtained the DSP Secure Digital Radio Transponder, you'll need to reflash it in your safe house's level 2 intelligence center. Bear in mind that electricity is essential throughout the process; any power cut will interrupt it.
Once reflashed, the transponder will be operational. It will enable you to cross the bridge to the island without fear of the claymores and neutralize the threat of Zryachiy and his guards, giving you access to the lighthouse.
The V3 USB drive appears in several locations in the black cabin (to the south) of the Lighthouse. Once you’ve retrieved it, you must reprogram the transmitter located on Level 2 of the Intelligence Center, in the hideout. A power source is required for the entire duration of the operation; otherwise, it will be interrupted.
Once the reprogramming is complete, the transmitter is fully operational and can be used to bypass the Claymore mines and Zryachiy that guard the bridge leading to the lighthouse peninsula, allowing you to reach the lighthouse and meet the lighthouse keeper.
Remark : If not all members of your group formed through the lobby have a coded transmitter, the bridge will display the status «blocked,» and it will be impossible to cross it.
