The Butcher of Tarkov: Quest help

Have you heard about the serial killer who was on the loose in the city? The first rumors about the «Butcher of Tarkov» surfaced during the Contract Wars. But because of the conflict, the investigation was shelved. An acquaintance of mine has taken an interest in this case and is searching for clues left behind by the Butcher. To track him down, we need to understand his motives and what drove him to act this way. The documents we managed to retrieve from the police station indicate that the Butcher worked as a driver for one of the meat-processing plants. The victims’ bodies were discovered in refrigerated trucks used to transport meat… If you can find anything that might help the investigation, I would be grateful. And one more thing: my acquaintance needs certain medications. Please give him a container of chemicals containing everything he needs.
