Mission text:
The Polikhim vagrant? The former deputy head of security? Yes, I knew him. All that mess did him a lot of damage, drove him to drink, then to the streets. He wasn't a bad guy... Wait a second, can't he say it himself? Did he get killed or something? Well, whatever, apparently if you're asking, there's a problem. I know where he lived, but it won't be for free. I need help getting the customs scavs off my tail. If you help me, I'll tell you where that vagrant lived.
Mission objective:
Eliminate 25 Scavs at the Interchange, at Point Zero, or in the Woods (progress toward this objective counts toward all party members)
