Mission Text: Polikhim's Wanderer

Polikhim's wanderer? The former Deputy Chief of Security? Yes, I knew him. All this mess did him a lot of damage, led him to drink, then to the street. He wasn't a bad guy…. Wait a second, he can't tell himself? Did he get hit or what? Well, it doesn't matter, apparently, if you're asking, there's a problem. I know where he lived, but it won't be free, I need help scaring the scavs out of customs. If you help me, I'll tell you where that tramp lived.
