You have to pick up the Security box 0052 for documents in one of the barracks in the sawmill (on the map in the Woods).

The hut is the one at the top of the sawmill, I'll show it on the map:

The quest A Kind of Sabotage can be completed in two ways. Either by giving the document to Skier, or by giving it to La Toubib. If you give the document to La Toubib, the quest is considered a failure by Skier and his end-of-quest speech will change. On the other hand, if you give the document to Skier, he'll appreciate it and you'll get all the rewards you've earned...
