Mission text:
I'd like to ask you a favor. Don't look at me like that, of course you won't do it for free! In a small dormitory, yes, the one inhabited by these bandits, somewhere on the first floor lived a young trainee doctor from the factory. Unfortunately, I don't know the room number; when my colleagues and I were his guests for the medical labor day, it was already dark and the atmosphere was very festive, you see. Anyway, he was a young specialist, still an intern, but highly motivated. He wanted to join the St Petersburg Military Medical Academy. And in his trunk, in his room, he kept a briefcase with a new kind of medical device, provided by his employer. He tried to leave the city in his blue Lada Samara with St. Petersburg plates. I don't know if he managed to get away, but the last I heard, he was either stuck near the gas station or arrested by the military. Either way, I could find a good use for this device. When the dark times come, you might need it too. Not that I want that to happen, don't get me wrong, but... I guess you know better. Go and get it. Oh, and I almost forgot, we have common interests with Arshavir in this matter. He'll have something to give you, after you've completed your task, of course.
Mission objective:
Get the case with the device on Customs
(Optional) Find the trainee doctor's car on Douanes
(Optional) Enter dormitory 114 on Customs
Delivering the case to the Toubib

Guide, tutorial and help on the mission: Pharmacist
You need the dormitory key for room 114 to unlock the door.
This is where you'll find the carbon case.
The room key 114 can be found by looting dead scavs or jackets. You can also find it in drawers or simply buy it at a flea market. This key has a chance of appearing in a jacket in the car trunk at the military checkpoint on Douanes.
Once you've obtained the key, head for the two-storey dormitory building. You'll find room 114 on the second floor. Unlock the door and you'll find the carbon case on the safe.
