A quest that happens quite quickly, all morphine syringes found in RAID must be kept for the quest.
You can find them on all maps in Heal boxes. And on the dead scavs. But I recommend 3 maps.
Since it's the quests at the beginning, to do it at the same time as going to Customs, you have a Heal House (I call it that).
Which is to the left of the fortress.
In the woods, the Scav camp on the far right of the map.
And otherwise Littoral (but it's more for experienced players)
The best place is Heal's House in Customs + Woods for the start.
