Otherwise, by playing and gaining EXP in the Strength, Vitality and Endurance skills.

To build strength, you have to throw grenades and be overweight.

To raise the vitality, you have to take damage, the best is to have a hemorrhage and heal it all the time to raise quickly.

To increase endurance, you need to run without being overweight (from the start of your run, you need to run without stopping to gain as much EXP as possible).
