In this quest, you must :

Find the Sanitar surgical kit marked with a blue symbol:

And find your own ophthalmoscope on the coast:

The surgical kit is located on the second floor of the office building at the pier, above a cupboard.

The ophthalmoscope is located inside the locked villa in the western part of the map, near the marsh. You need a Cottage back door key to unlock the back door to enter the villa.

The ophthalmoscope is in the left-hand room on the second floor, inside a potted plant on the table.
