Mission Text: Dirty Work - Part 6
Hello my dear friend. It looks like we are very close to an interesting deal. On this key we discovered the partial blueprint for a missile engine which will be of particular interest to the west, as they are deployed on the Typhoon submarines, which, supposedly, are no longer functional. Also, there's a pretty detailed file on a sailor who served in the Baltic Fleet, a real sea dog, who's now lost in Tarkov, and it looks like he has ties to the Navy chain of command. We need him. According to my info, he sometimes secretly deals with scavs, and getting to him won't be easy. You will have to work discreetly, via ambush. We only have one chance to pull it off, and it's crucial that we don't lose this fine detail for the sake of our common interests. My hands are shaking a little thinking about all this. You have no idea of the importance of the task. You are a formidable fighter, but I must be sure that you are good at stealth operations. I need a sniper, and a good one, so come back when you're ready.

My advice is to go into the factory MAP with a Mosin or OPV and kill the scavs. Even touching them your skill will go up and it's really fast. Otherwise before this quest you can do it on the other maps by doing your other quests.
