The fastest wins, like in that movie “The Good, the Bad and the Ugly” but with a bolt-action rifle instead of a revolver. Life is definitely not a movie, but reaction and position are two very important factors in a fight, especially in an urban setting. If you survive this, I'll help you out with a cowboy hat.
