NOTE Before starting this quest, you must first extract yourself from the Lighthouse area for the quest items to appear.
First, you need to obtain the Dummy information file on Lightkeeper in the Lighthouse area. Then replace the Lightkeeper Information Folder in the Military Base with this one. Then take the Lightkeeper Information Folder to Lightkeeper.
Dummy file location
The dummy Information File is located in a green or blue container to the south-west of the wastewater treatment plant.
Location of original file and place of exchange
You'll find the Lightkeeper Information Folder in the right-hand track of the BMP-2, in room RB-ST, in the Base Repair Shop. You need the RB-ST Key to open the door. You must place the dummy Information Folder on Lightkeeper at the rear of the BMP-2.
