The dialogues and rewards of this quest depend on your character's faction (USEC or BEAR).
BEAR :
Oh, brother, come inside. Want something cool? I've got some new clothes in store for you, but they're rare and not cheap. Bring me these items, and make sure they're in perfect condition, so no buying them from merchants. My stocks are completely depleted, and I'm swamped with orders. Try to find them at the ULTRA shopping mall; they used to sell this type of material back in the day, but looters have probably scattered them all over Tarkov. Let me make you a list; I need a lot of stuff.
USEC :
Come in, no need to stand at the door. I have a job for you. I'm super busy with orders, and I'm almost out of raw materials. Can you find some for me? I'll be able to offer you something new in exchange, but it won't be cheap, made in... yeah, you know where. Oh, and you'll need to make sure the materials are in good condition, so get them on your own, without help from merchants. Anyway, bring them to me as soon as you have them. I'm pretty sure they had this kind of material in the ULTRA back then. Let me make you a list.

To complete this quest, you must deliver :
5 x Aramid fiber fabric
You will find the Aramid fiber fabric in clothing stores on the Échangeur shopping center.
10 x Ripstop fabric
Parts for Ripstop fabric can also be found in clothing stores in the Exchange Mall, although they are rarer. You will also find them inside Sports Bags (containers), Buried Barrels, and Ground Caches.
3 x Paracord
You will find Paracordes in Sports Bags (container). They can also be found in the Military base.
