Mission text:
I went to the depot... Those bastards ruined the place and took my spare parts. I can understand taking tools or equipment, but why the hell steal the damn wheels? You won't build a second BTR with those. Anyway, I need a spare wheel, and the sooner the better. I need you to find out where those wheels might be hanging out. I don't know exactly where to look, but you're no fool, you'll find it. You can start in the customs area, but I haven't been there in a while, so I can't guarantee anything.
