To complete this quest, you must find and deliver the Secure USB key V3 :
There are several points of appearance in the wastewater treatment plant. In some cases, you need specific keys :
- Key to USEC renegade barracks
- Key to the storage room at the wastewater treatment plant
Once you have the USB key, you need to reflash the secure digital radio transponder at the Level 2 intelligence center in your safe house. The operation requires a continuous power supply, otherwise it will be interrupted. Once reflashed, the transponder will allow you to pass through claymores and Zryachiy who guard the bridge leading to the island, giving you access to the lighthouse.
Locations where the USB Key V3 appears
1. South container
