When eliminating Scavs, only use 12/70 shotguns. Scav Bosses and their followers also count.

You can use any balaclava and Scav vest or safety vest to kill SMP.

Advice

For knives, you can do your scavs. And collect one each time, you can keep them before you get the quest. But if you're not in a big edition, it's going to take up a lot of space for not much. Plus, by the time you kill Litto, you'll easily find the knives first.

For the 12 gauge shotgun, I still recommend the MP-153.

For the scav vest, you find them on a lot of scav, remember to pick them up because they are quite expensive in the worst case (for this kind of quest + the hideout with a craft).
