To complete this quest, you must find and deliver the informant's briefcase in the Lighthouse area:

The informant's briefcase

You will find the briefcase under a bed on the second floor of one of the houses to the west, by the sea.

The case is located under the bed on the window side.

NOTE BEAR players (or groups with a BEAR) should be cautious: thieves will attack them on the beach, near the docks, and at the water plant. It is advisable to leave these areas quickly. USEC agents who attacked the thieves during the last three raids are also considered enemies.
