To complete this quest, you must find and deliver the informant's briefcase in the Lighthouse area:
You'll find the case under a bed on the second floor of one of the houses to the west, by the sea.

NOTE BEAR players (or a group with a BEAR) must be careful: thieves will attack them on the beach, near the docks and at the waterworks. It is advisable to leave these areas quickly. USECs who have attacked thieves in the last 3 raids are also considered enemies.
