The 0013 case is located in a railcar east of the Customs area, with several possible locations. To validate its recovery, you must survive and exit the raid. Death will result in the loss of the case.

First point of appearance
Between the wall and a pallet in the northeast corner of the wagon.
Second point of appearance
Under a pallet of bricks in the north-west corner of the wagon.
Third point of appearance
Under a pallet in the southeast corner of the wagon.
Key location
The key to room 220 of the dormitory appears specifically on the floor of the same car, near a mattress under a pair of blue pants.
However, its low spawn rate makes it an unreliable method of obtaining it. You can also find it in jackets, drawers, and on Scavs.
