Tarkov fishing equipment: Quest help

By accepting this quest, you will be equipped with :

• An SV-98 bolt-action sniper rifle (7.62 x 54 mm R caliber):

• And a Leatherman multi-purpose tool.

I advise you to completely dismantle the SV-98; only its action (the casing) should be kept, as this is sufficient to validate the objective. Superfluous parts can be resold for financial gain. To avoid losing your Leatherman multi-tool in the event of death, it is best to store it in your secure container.

Take the rifle and the multifunction pliers on the Littoral and go to the boat on the beach near the gas station (image below).

Once you arrive at the location, position yourself against the boat and hold down the interaction button. This will trigger a countdown. 30 seconds.

At the end of this process, one of the two required items will be automatically removed from your inventory. Please note that items are removed one at a time: you will therefore need to repeat the entire process to deposit the second item.

The quest will be validated once both items have been successfully deposited. If you die after making both deposits, you do not need to repeat the action; you will simply need to return to the Littoral and survive a raid.
