The military, as you know, has the most secure communications system: digital encryption, GPS and GLONASS systems, and a whole lot of other stuff. Anyway, I have info on some devices in the military base, they are usually found in workshops, I believe it is used for large vehicles, it is a kind of control module and navigation. The object is located in a safe room by a lock in the garages of therepair workshop (cavalier blanc) of the Military Base.
