We ran Artyom through our database. It seems he was living in the spa town after the conflict broke out and may have had ties to TerraGroup, but nothing has been confirmed. No specific information at this time. The nature of the joint operation with the fisherman isn't entirely clear either, but given the degree of secrecy surrounding their meetings, I'm sure it involves some kind of military technology. The exact location of Artyom's quarters can be found from the list of occupants, if it is still intact, of course. Search the resort management office; such documents may have survived there.
