History of Slicer

Slicers are outcasts, exiles, and criminals who, for one reason or another, have been forced out of rigidly disciplined dwarven society. Many have been forced to survive in the caverns beyond the safe limits of their cities, or have gone to the surface to make their fortunes as mercenaries and bandits. Today, as dwarven champions march, these outcasts are offered full pardon if they take up arms in the name of their family and their king. Many have seized their chance and flock to Lumaya's chosen ones, armed with their swords and little else. These warriors don't have much to lose and often fight like crazy for this reason.
