He's not really great, he's not a great fusion, he can mix well with Wythir but I don't really see where he's going to be great.
For his A3 if he is book, he can be not bad for the BDC but will have to take into account his A1 which increases his ATB so really boring + his passive...
As usual I'm merging, it will probably take an up in the future.
I will use it in:

History of Opardin clan chief
Many centuries have passed since the Fairy Beings drove Opardin from the Misty Woods. And since Opardin speaks little of his past, only a few people in Frostheim know his origins, let alone the reason for his exile. But while the cause remains mysterious, some have tried to document his journey to Frostheim. Stories tell of Opardin wandering nonchalantly for many weeks without regard for his well-being, as he moved away from the Rhythm of the Misty Wood, crossed the sea eastward to the shores of Anhelt and from there wandered as far as the Red Peak Mountains. Weakened by his travels, Opardin was welcomed by a Norr village, whose inhabitants had been driven from their home in the Winter Lands. Opardin's pale skin, horned head and monstrous size aroused the suspicion of his hosts, but their hospitable nature compelled them to welcome him. Grateful, Opardin worked hard to repay their kindness.
Shortly afterwards, Opardin's fighting skills convinced the skeptics. He could crush a man's skull with his bare hands, and could sweep away groups of enemies with powerful strikes from his heavy golden hammers, Bouqueton and Bélier, weapons imbued with magical spells that allowed them to never be broken. The sound of these hammers smashing into his unlucky victims echoed over the din of battle, and he was soon greatly feared by the enemies of his adopted people and admired by those who fought alongside him.
Although Opardin received many wounds, he bore no scars, for his true power is rejuvenation, and with a few magic words spoken in his Fairy Being language, he could heal the wounds and illnesses of others. Some of his adopted people dared to suggest that he was a Lightbearer, a gift from Lumaya to protect the Norr after they fled the Winterlands. A handful of souls, made up almost entirely of enemies, claimed he was a Demonic Scion of Siroth, but no one could ever prove it at the time, and only the most bitter and malevolent souls sought to do so over the centuries that followed.
A creature of few words, Opardin had little conversation with his fellow citizens, and this trait, combined with his incredible strength, led people to think he was scatterbrained, even if he was loyal and tender. But as time went by, the Norr noticed that although he spoke little, what he said was always full of welcome wisdom, and the clan chiefs began to seek his advice on important matters. He came to befriend and serve Skarg the Elder, and when the legendary man died, Opardin was crowned as his successor. The Fairy Being was recognized as a friend of all Frostheim, and he found a reason to live that he had never expected to find again after being banished from the Misty Woods. For centuries, he was a vigilant advisor to the six kings of Frostheim, until the fateful day when the Ice Golem stormed the Winter Manor and killed them all. Opardin was absent that day because he had been sent to rescue several of their sons, lost after their hunting party was buried under an avalanche. After that, when the Confederation was replaced by a kingdom, he swore to serve the king and queen forever. He does so to this day, bearing the title of Clan Chief.
When Opardin speaks, his advice is almost always heeded. Such is the trust placed in him that he has been given the power to remove the crown of any Frostheim monarch if he deems it necessary: in the many centuries he has been Clan Chief, he has only used this power on three occasions. The ruling monarch rarely travels without him at his side, and the menacing fairy being is permanently behind the throne at court. Yet this doesn't frighten the people of Frostheim, far from it, for they can't imagine what the kingdom would be like without the Clan Chief. As far as he's concerned, he looks after not only the monarch, but them too. His moderation and diplomacy lead the rulers of Frostheim with a stability that keeps the kingdom prosperous and the people safe. Despite his great age, time has in no way robbed him of his abilities: his body remains as powerful as the day he left the Misty Woods, and his healing powers are just as effective. As for his devotion to his people, it has never wavered.
