Has a 30% chance to reduce an ally's random skill cooldown by 2 turns (except this Champion).
Whether Narses Rois Spectre is in the same team and has active skills on recharge, reduces the recharge time of one of its skills by 2 turns.
Whether Wight King Narses is in the same team and has no active skill on cooldown, reduces the cooldown of an ally's random skill by 2 turns (except this Champion).
If a skill's cooldown is fully recharged, also heal this ally by 10% of the Champion's MAX HP.

Level 4: Chance of Buff/Debuff +10%

Remove all debuffs on all allies and place a buff [Shield] equivalent to 25% of this Champion's MAX HP for 2 turns.
Whether Wight King Narses is in the same team, also place a buff [To strenghten] of 25% on all allies for 2 turns.
Then, fill the Turn Counter of all allies with 10%

Revives a dead ally with 50% of HP and 75% of Turn Counter. Resets the cooldowns of the revived ally's skills.
If the target is Wight King Narsesrevives it with 75% of PV and 100% of Turn Counter.
After reanimation, reduces the Turn Counter of all enemies by 10%.
Whether Wight King Narses is revived, reduces the Turn Counter of all enemies by 20%. This effect is impossible to resist.

As soon as an enemy tries to place a debuff [Fear], [Absolute Fear], [Freeze], [Provocation], [Sleep], [Daze]. Where [Petrification] on the ally with the highest DEG C., transfer these debuffs to this Champion instead.
Fills this Champion's Turn Counter with 50% if she misses her turn due to one of these debuffs.
At the beginning of this Champion's turn, remove all debuff [Fear], [Absolute Fear], [Freeze], [Provocation], [Sleep], [Daze], Where [Petrification] on this Champion so Wight King Narses is on the same team.
If several Champions in the team have this skill, only one will be activated.
