History of Bowf le Rance

According to him, Bowf is still the elegant, witty, and accomplished professional he has always been, suffering only from an "unfortunate affliction," a "chronic condition," which he is doing his best to "overcome." Bowf was a dwarf who lived during the Age of Betrayal. A perfumer by trade, Bowf had a remarkable nose and a great talent for blending scents. The wealthy dwarves of the Sky Iron Territory loved his creations, but Bowf was determined to take his craft to the next level by seeking out exotic aromatics from around the world. After several years on the surface, the charming, swaggering lout fell in love with the surface, declaring that the sun had done wonders for his complexion.

One day, a noble Elf consulted him to create a personalized fragrance for her. What he didn't know was that the Elf was having a secret affair.

When the husband discovered this, he accused Bowf of fueling his wife's vanity and aiding her romantic pursuits with exquisite perfumes. He hired a group of young orc workers to find Bowf and humiliate him.
