Story of Yaga the insatiable
Once a respected shaman and protector of his people, Yaga was known far and wide among the Skinwalker tribes. He was said to be able to interpret any dream, cure any illness, and calm any spirit.
But such power comes at a price. He sank deeper and deeper into the realm of the unnatural, and the entities he dealt with became increasingly dark.
Slowly, Yaga's heart turned black, his thirst for ancient knowledge corrupting him until Lumaya's light was extinguished. But dealing with demons comes at a price. Out of pride, a powerful baron of Siroth's legions cursed Yaga with a disease that even the most skilled Skinwalker shamans could not cure.
When Yaga found himself weak and desperate, the demon made him an offer: immortality in exchange for his soul. Yaga accepted without hesitation, and in a fraction of a second, his body was transformed. The rot that was slowly killing him did not disappear, but it no longer spread. Yaga's body, infested with the plague, grew stronger beyond what he thought possible: he was no longer mortal in the literal sense of the word.
But the price to pay was terrifying. For his salvation, Yaga was subjected to Sirtoh's will and put to work for the Dark Lord's horrible designs as a herald of the plague. Wherever he goes, death and sorrow follow. His weapon is cursed with runes of pestilence, and even his gaze brings corruption. Only the purest can hope to defeat such an enemy, and only the strongest can hope to hinder Yaga's Radiance and control his rampage.
