How do I retrieve a Raid Shadow Legends account?

Hi, FYI this page is for those who lost their account or had their account stolen.

If you're looking to buy an account or take over someone else's account, you should know that it's forbidden, so I won't tell you about it.

I had a Plarium account for PC.

If you had a Plarium account on your PC, you'll need to change your password if you've forgotten it.

If it's your email that you've lost, then you need to look for the email you used, if you really can't find it or you think your account has been stolen. You'll need to contact Plarium support.

How and where can I contact Plarium support?

To contact Plarium support, go to this page: Plarium Support contact page.

Select the game Raid Shadow Legends and make your request and select: "Game Account Access".

I advise you all to have purchase information, to prove it's your account if it's stolen.

You will also need your nickname + your ID (to find your ID, you can find the information here and also participate in the gem giveaway!)

I had a Plarium account only on Mobile.

How did you connect on your mobile? If it's via Facebook and Twitter, check that it's the right account. You really need to spend as much time as possible to see if :

• You've logged in to the right account
• If you haven't changed your password
• Check that the account is not blocked

If you've done all that, you'll also need to contact support as described above.

If your account has been stolen?

You must contact Plarium support directly, I advise you to give them proof of purchase and as much information as possible on your RSL account.

How to protect your Plarium account? A2F !

Activate A2F, it really helps and if someone logs in you'll be warned. Have a different password and don't share it. Your password needs to be fairly complex, not a series of letters from the keyboard or alphabet, or even someone's first name...

There are so many ways of finding a password that I'd advise you to have different ones!
