The Black Knife Catacombs are a location in Elden Ring. The Black Knife Catacombs are located in the northeastern part of the Liurnia of the Lake region. To enter the catacombs, head northeast from the site of the Ruined Labyrinth of Grace, passing by the Minor Erdre. The entrance is guarded by a Mausoleum Knight.

The Black Knife Catacombs are home to numerous skeletal enemies and several mobile guillotines in its rooms. The sewers are infested with crabs, including two giant crabs waiting for unsuspecting prey. These catacombs even have two bosss located in different rooms with different loot. The player does not need to fight the Black Knife Assassin to advance and find the lever that opens the doors to the fight against the Shadow of the Cemetery.
