You can find electrified grease in several places:

In the Fringefolk hero's tomb: loot the remains in a corner of the crypt to obtain this item.
In crumbled Farum Azula: 5 can be found on a corpse behind a long wall, guarded by 2 beastmen.
In the sealed tunnel: a set of 4 Electrified Greases can be found in the dungeon. In the chamber, following the explosion of the Abnormal Stone Clusters, towards the end of the dungeon, dispel the wall opposite the wooden stairs to reveal a deep pit with roots scattered across the walls. Climb down onto the second root and check the corpse on a ledge along the north wall.
