- 2 can be found on Mount Gelmire: looted from a corpse outside Volcano cave .
- Two can be retrieved from a corpse found just before the boss room becomes entangled in the Stillwater Grotto.
- Can also be found on a body lying atop the small stone platform near the ghost tree's site of grace on the outer wall.
- Can be picked up from a corpse lying in the poisoned pond outside the Shady Castle.
How to make Poisoned Fat in Elden Ring?
