This is another champion that places [Hex] debuffs. You should therefore absolutely try it in duet with Théa Ange Tombal
And, of course, it's perfect for Faction Wars.
Skills
A1 – Infernal Arrows
Attack 1 enemy. Has a 50% chance to place a 60% [DEF reduction] debuff for 2 turns.
Transfers a random debuff from this champion to the target if they suffer a [Hex] debuff.
A2 – Start hunting CD – 4
Attack all enemies. Grants an additional hit to enemies under the effect of [Hex] debuffs.
Ignore 25% of each target's DEF if 4 or more enemies are under the effect of [Hex].
A3 – Tracking the prey CD – 6
Grants a 50% [Increase Precision] buff to allies for 2 turns, then a [Hex] debuff to all enemies for 2 turns.
Also places a [Perfect Veil] buff on this champion for 2 turns and increases this champion's turn counter by 50%.
A4 – Marked Career [P]
Decreases the SPD of enemies under the effect of a [Hex] debuff by 5% and decreases the RESIST of these enemies by 10%.
Also increases the damage taken by enemies under [Hex] debuff by 10% and decreases the value of the healing they receive by 30%.
These effects do not stack if there are multiple Ruels on the same team.
