On Thursday, October 28, we plan to launch an event Fragment of Champion with a new Champion – Vlad the Nightborn.

Summary of the champion by PLArium:

Vlad the Nightborn should be viable in both PvP and PvE combat. Let's go into the details of his skills.
With A1, he heals himself and decreases the target's MAX HP. This skill can be very useful in long battles against bosss.
With A2, Vlad will decrease the turn counter of all enemies. And he will steal Turn Counters from enemies of Lord, Holy Order and High Elves faction. On top of that, he will place leeches on all enemies.
If the Boss is not immune to Turn Meter reduction, this skill should be extremely useful in Boss fights. Also, you will be able to control waves in PvE battles with this turn counter reduction.
With the help of A3, Vlad will attack a single target debuffing them with DEF reduction and active skill blocking. It should be good enough in Arena to control a particular enemy.
And, of course, his passive skill. As a vampire descendant, Vlad will be able to return to life when killed – each time he kills an enemy, he will place the Revive After Death buff on himself.
Vlad the Nightborn will also synergize with another Halloween champion – Konstantin the Dayborn. Vlad will be able to fill up his own turn meter and fully heal himself when he kills an enemy once he has Konstantin on his team.

Attack 1 enemy. Decreases target's MAX HP by 30% of damage dealt. Also heals this champion for 30% of damage dealt.

A2 – Exsanguination 4 rounds

Attack all enemies. Has a 75% chance of placing a [Leech] debuff for 2 turns.
Also has a 75% chance to steal 50% from the turn counter of champions of the following factions
Lord, Holy Order or High Elves. Has a 75% chance to decrease the turn counter by 50% against targets not belonging to these factions.

A3 – Spirit Shroud 4 turns

Attack 1 enemy 2 times. The first hit has a 75% chance to inflict a 60% debuff [Def decrease] for 2 turns.
for 2 rounds. The second hit has a 75% chance to place a [Active Skill Block] debuff for 2 turns.
If both debuffs are placed, a [Perfect Veil] buff is placed on this champion for 2 turns.

PASSIVE – Notorious

Places a [Revive After Death] buff on this Champion for 2 turns each time he kills an enemy.
He also heals this champion and fills his turn meter with 50% each time he kills an enemy.
[Only heals and refills this champion's turn meter if [Konstantin the Dayborn] is on the same team.
