- Can be found in a chest in Sellia's Crystal Tunnel. You can access the tunnel directly by opening a special chest in the Dragon-Burnt Ruins. This chest is located in a room infested with rats. Once you open it, you will be immediately teleported to the crystal tunnel.
- Can be purchased from the Hermit Merchant in Rivière Ainsel for 200 Runes, or from Twin Maiden Shells at the Round Table after offering a Bell Ringer from the Gravity Stone peddler.
- May also be filed by Star Callers.
